Project defined and implemented the

After successfully setting up the websites for Atlas Copco on a global solution during a 1 year project, the project focused on defining how the future digital landscape of Atlas Copco should look like and the 3 year roadmap.
Principles of this foundation are still reused on the Atlas Copco digital landscape of 2020

Change management process towards customer orientation for JSE
Objectives of the project: make Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) more customer oriented.
Starting from defining the expectations, creating the action plan, train the different trainers and guide the actual roll out to all +1000 employees.
Project took approx 9 months
During the past years, I had the honour to present on multiple conferences all over Europe.
Already look forward to the next opportunity, for being a speaker.
Set up of new digital environment for Epiroc and removal from Atlas Copco environment
Duration – 12 months
In 2018, Atlas Copco was split in 2 companies: Atlas Copco and Epiroc.
The program included the whole digital / web strategic approach, the actual switch, the preparation, selection and training of the new organisation, all contractual and license aspects.
Roadmaps for different digital aspects: personalisation, marketing automation, e-commerce.
During the past years, several new areas where identified. For each of them a strategic plan was worked out:
-Personalisation and targeting
-Marketing automation approach
-E-Commerce approach

For one of my assignment as freelancer, I took the role of acting program manager: manage the existing team, help the team to align on vision and approach, guide the recruitment of the open vacancies and the on-boarding. Once the team was in place, I gradually made myself redundant.
Had the opportunity to coach multiple capable team members and they have a special place in my heart and memories.
What's more rewarding than seeing your team members evolve and grow?
For each of them, my role was a bit different, but I have a huge respect for the path each of them made. Grateful that the respect is vice versa as well :-)
An overview
Of course these awards are the results of great team work, but as program manager digital, I had the opportunity to receive the awards on stage :-).
